Post 178 Fitness Walk on the first and third Saturday of each month at 8 am. We will meet at Frisco Commons Park parking lot to start our 1-mile walk, which takes an average of 21 min to complete. If you can’t make it at 8 am, join us afterward with your lawn chair and cooler for the after-walk cool-down. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.

We will recognize Anoushka Rai, a junior at Independence High School and 1 of 4 scholarship winners of the Frisco Post 178 Oratorical contest this past December, and the winner of the 4th District, 1st Division, and Department (State) contest on February 16, 2026. She competed at the National contest where she advanced to the quarter finals.
