US sends coffins, flags to North Korean border to receive war remains

The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency has previously reported that North Korean officials have notified the U.S. that they have as many as 200 sets of U.S. remains from the Korean War, however it is not clear how many would be transferred in this ceremony.

Walk of Honor BricksFrisco VFW Post 8273 partnered with the Veteran Brick Project to expand the Veterans Memorial located at Frisco Commons Park by adding a Veterans Walk of Honor.

As a testimony and a thank you to honor a Veteran for their service to our country, personalized bricks are now currently available to be added to the Walk of Honor. This is a way for you, future generations, and all visitors to our City to stay connected to their special veteran.

Veterans Memorial Bricks can be purchased by visiting http://www.friscovfw.org/ Any bricks purchased prior to Sep 30th will be installed before Veterans Day (Nov 11).
