The Visitation/Outreach efforts are dedicated to ensuring that all our fellow veterans and spouses are not forgotten or go unappreciated in any care facility. Post members through focused, regular visits or calls, reach out and greet veterans and spouses on a regular basis.
Outreach efforts also include ‘buddy checks’ calls. A buddy check is a way to reconnect with veterans who may need assistance but do not know where to go or what to do. These contacts are made by a personal visit, phone, or email, or a combination. It is important to reach out to veterans in our community to let them know we care and can provide whatever assistance they may need.
