The purpose of the Navy JROTC Liaison Committee is to establish, maintain, and grow a strong, supportive partnership with the Frisco ISD Lebanon Trail Navy JROTC. The committee of one or more post members is led by an appointed chair which acts as an interface between the two organizations.
The chair coordinates post cadet growth opportunities such as jointly participating with the Post 178 Color Guard at community events. The Senior Naval Science Instructor and the cadet leadership team also annually attend a post membership meeting to provide an overview of the cadet corps. Post Executive Committee members annually attend a NJROTC Awards Banquet to present American Legion excellence awards to deserving cadets.
