August 22, 2015, 4th District Executive Committee meeting with Terry Cloninger (far right) presenting awards to Posts that earned the 4th District 100% Membership Goal award. Post 178 concluded the year at 212.7% of goal…the highest in the District. Post 178 was also awarded a 100% Post ribbon for our Legion flag and a letter and Certificate of Appreciation from National Commander Mike Helm acknowledging the accomplishments of Post 178 during the 2014-2015 membership year.
